At the Cana Cottage Holiday Homes Incorporated Annual General Meeting in April we reviewed tariffs. It was agreed that tariffs should remain unchanged for this year.
Tariffs for 2018 are therefore as follows:
Nightly $55/night +$10 booking fee (e.g. the cost for a cottage for 2 nights would be $120).
Off-peak weekly rate is $350, peak weekly rate is $450 (inclusive of $10 booking fee which forms an honorarium for booking officer).
Long weekends and Easter – minimum 3 nights rental.
Peak period is weeks falling within the South Australian summer school holidays (approximately December and January).
At the AGM we also agreed to once again make a donation to our local St Vincent de Paul Society chapter of $250. And donate a voucher for 1 week rental to the St Thomas Primary School for fundraising purposes.
