Requests are being received for bookings in the coming December and January school holiday period at Cana Cottages. Requests received will go into a ballot if particular dates are oversubscribed. After these requests have been processed it will be first in, best dressed for any remaining days and weeks.
This is a bit earlier than usual, understanding that people will want to confirm bookings as it will be busier than usual this year in local accommodation because of covid restrictions.
Spread the word among your friends and family in case they are interested in bookings.
How to request a summer vacaction
To enter the ballot and get your allocation of sun, please send a first and second preference for a full week during December and January (Sunday to Sunday). Also indicate if you have a preferred cottage, and tells us your link to Cana (e.g. Emmaus parishioner, other parishioner, parish school family, previous tenant, friend of a friend who has stayed here before). Also, please indicate if you would like your holiday linked with someone else who is applying. Send this information in an email to bookings@canacottages.com, and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
You will here back in the last week of October. A deposit will be required to secure the booking, and then full payment two weeks before your stay.

Hello. My father and his siblings stayed at Cana Cottages during their summers in the 1960’s. When my brother and I came along, we spent our summer holidays at the Cana Cottages. My grandfather, father and his brothers were at various stages over many years, members on the Committee. When I was telling my own children (3 boys – 12, 8 and 4) recently about my memories, I searched to see whether Cana Cottages were still around and were thrilled to see they were. I would love for my boys to experience the great summer holidays that I did at Aldinga.
